Hotel accommodation and related services
Our hotel offers accommodation in modern, well-equipped rooms of various categories. Additional services include breakfast, spa, transportation, tour organization, and other amenities.
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include all taxes and legal charges. Prices are clearly displayed next to each service and are valid for the selected stay period.


Terms of Sale

Before the sale (i.e. contract conclusion), the merchant must clearly, understandably, and unambiguously provide the following information and notices:

  • No delivery costs apply, as services are provided on-site. Any additional services will be specifically listed.
  • The user selects the arrival and departure date, number of guests, and room type.
  • The system displays available options and prices.
  • The user enters details and selects the payment method and card type.
  • The reservation is confirmed after successful payment authorization.
  • The user receives a confirmation email.
  • Payment is made online via payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) using the Monri WSPay system.
  • Accommodation is provided for the date selected at the time of booking. Guests are required to check in at the hotel reception upon arrival.

These terms constitute a legally binding contract between the user and Boutique Hotel R Palazzo. By accessing and using the website, the user confirms agreement with these rules.

Boutique Hotel R Palazzo is committed to protecting the privacy of all users. We collect only essential information necessary for reservation processing and contract execution.

The buyer has no right to unilaterally terminate the contract in accordance with exceptions under the Consumer Protection Act for accommodation services provided on a specific date or time period.

Refunds are not possible, except when the service provider (hotel) cancels the service for objective reasons. In that case, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.


Protection of Personal Data and Card Information

Regardless of connection method, the merchant must protect customer data — both personal and card information. Storing card data is strictly prohibited unless the merchant is PCI DSS L1 or L2 certified.

Data entry must always be secured with 256-bit SSL encryption, and transmission may only occur via TLS 1.2 encryption.


Statement on the Protection and Collection of Personal Data and Its Use

The sales point must allow customers to opt out of marketing campaigns and refuse the sharing of their data with third parties.

Boutique Hotel R Palazzo is committed to protecting customers’ personal data by collecting only the basic information required for reservation processing. Customers are informed of the data usage method and have the option to choose whether their data will be used for marketing purposes. The data is accessible only to employees who need it to perform their duties.


Currency Conversion Statement

If prices are listed in foreign currencies (£, $…), the final price before payment may remain the same or be converted to euros, and must be clearly displayed. In both cases, a conversion statement must be included (adapted to language, currency, and the bank exchange rate used).

All payments will be made in EUR, the currency used by Montenegro.

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), Monri WSPay processes personal data solely for authorization and payment purposes, in line with PCI DSS L1 rules. SSL 256-bit and TLS 1.2 protocols are used for maximum security.
